Long Lines Spell the End of NLB Boss

Ljubljana, 29 October - Long lines of people waiting at the NLB branch offices around Slovenia following the ill-fated transition to transaction accounts at Slovenia's largest bank have spelt the end for the bank's chairman Marko Voljc. Facing increasing pressure to resign over the problematic changeover, Voljc announced on Wednesday he would step down on 31 January of next year.
