Technicalities Bill on Erased Adopted by Lawmakers

Ljubljana, 30 October - The "technicalities bill" on the erased, the first of two acts aimed at reinstating the status of former Yugoslav citizens who were unlawfully erased from the population register in 1992, was adopted by parliament in shortened procedure. In a vote late on Wednesday, 45 MPs backed the bill, while 19 were against it.
