Slovenia to Help Train Iraqi Police Officers
Ljubljana, 30 October - Slovenian police will take part in the training of Iraqi police officers in Jordan. The decision was taken on Thursday by the Slovenian government in response to the UN Security Council's call for co-operation in the post-war reconstruction of Iraq. Some 32,000 Iraqi officers are to be trained in Amman by 2005.
