Religious Head Covering Allowed on Some ID Documents
Ljubljana, 1 November - As of 1 November, members of religious communities who wear a head covering as part of their religious attire will be allowed to have a photograph on their documents wearing the head covering, as long as their face and forehead are uncovered. This has been introduced by the changes to the regulations on driving permits, ID cards and passports of Slovenian citizens.
