Bohinc: Referendum on the Erased Violates Constitutional Court Ruling

Ljubljana, 3 November - Interior Minister Rado Bohinc on Monday dismissed arguments of opposition leader Janez Jansa, who has called for a referendum on the technicalities act on the erased. Adopted by parliament last week, the act reinstates the status of former Yugoslav citizens who were unlawfully erased from Slovenia's population register in 1992.
