Citizen Rupel is No Exception, Says Anti-Corruption Chief

Ljubljana, 4 November - The Office for the Prevention of Corruption has only examined abuse of office allegations against Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel and, as required by law, passed the case on to the state prosecution, head of the anti-corruption office Bostjan Penko told the daily Dnevnik, dismissing allegations by FM Rupel and government secretary general Mirko Bandelj that he exceeded his authority in Rupel's case.
