NGO Festival for Dialogue between Government and NGOs

Ljubljana, 4 November - The establishment of sustainable dialogue between the government and non-governmental organisations will be in the focus of this year's festival of NGOs, LUPA. The festival is organised by the Center for Information Service, Co-operation and Development of NGOs (CNVOS), and will run from 5 November to 17 December in eight cities throughout Slovenia.
