Slovenia's Literacy in the Focus of Discussions

Ljubljana, 4 November - Literacy is an indefinite process which must be constantly upgraded, improved, and treated as a long-term investment. It is crucial for the development of individual persons, society and ultimately of the nation, Culture Minister Andreja Rihter wrote in a letter to the participants in Tuesday's panel dubbed "Slovenian Literacy - A Disaster?".
