Surplus in Pension Budget to Cover Old Deficit

Maribor, 5 November - Forecasts that the pension budget will have a surplus in the next two years are not good, general manager of the Pension and Disability Insurance Institute (ZPIZ) told Wednesday's daily Vecer. Janez Prijatelj explained that the surplus would only be on paper and will be used to cover the high deficit of SIT 23.1bn (EUR 97.9m) from the previous years.
