EU Report: Review of Slovenia's EU Readiness by Areas

Brussels, 5 November - Slovenia has achieved a high degree of readiness for EU accession, according to the European Commission's final report, which was confirmed Wednesday. Yet in order to be fully prepared for EU entry on 1 May 2004, it must take further measures in 13 areas of the acquis, the Commission said in its final comprehensive monitoring report.
