Judges Reproached for Excessively Focusing on Personal Privileges
Ljubljana, 5 November - A German-Slovenian twinning project on the modernisation of the judiciary concluded on Wednesday with harsh words directed to Slovenian judges. Norman Manfred Doukoff, the German pre-accession counselor, said that a lot has been achieved in the project, but there was no progress in changing the mentality of Slovenian judges.
