Ljubljana, 5 November - Since Slovenia received the least warnings of any EU newcomer in the European Commission's report, we can reach the conclusion that it is the best prepared acceding country, Europe Minister Janez Potocnik said as he commented on the EU's report on the readiness of acceding countries, released on Wednesday.
