Slovenia's Judges Appalled at Doukoff's Criticism

Ljubljana, 6 November - President of the Slovenian Judges' Association and of the Ljubljana District Court Ales Zalar on Thursday sent a letter to Justice Minister Ivan Bizjak on behalf of his colleagues, expressing surprise and indignation over the statments issued on Wednesday by German pre-accession counselor, judge Norman Manfred Doukoff, who claimed that no progress had been made in changing the mentality of Slovenian judges.
