LUPA Panel Discusses Problems Faced by Marginalised Social Groups

Ljubljana, 7 November - Stigmatisation and unsolved legal issues that often lead to violation of basic human rights are two main aspects that different marginalised groups - disabled persons, immigrants or homosexuals - have in common, agreed the participants in the three-day international panel on the possibilities of integrating marginalised groups, which is being held in Ljubljana within the LUPA festival of NGOs.
