CEFTA Open for New Members

Brdo pri Kranju, 7 November - CEFTA should open the door to new countries after five current members - Slovenia, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland - leave for the EU, Prime Minister Anton Rop said upon the conclusion of the CEFTA summit, noting that quite a few countries have already expressed interest in joining the partnership. The Central European Free Trade Agreement has proved a good waiting room for the EU, Rop stressed.
