Maribor, 8 November - The Constitutional Court ruling on return of rights to the people erased from the permanent population register following Slovenia's independence has no direct effects on the tax payers, because the court has not directly stated that damages should be compensated for, Chair of the Constitutional Court Dragica Wedam Lukic explained for Saturday's issue of Vecer.
