KOPER - Italian Minister for Parliamentary Relations Carlo Giovanardi is to visit the coastal town of Koper. At 6 PM he will meet Koper Mayor Boris Popovic, visit the local studio of the national broadcaster, RTV Capodistria at 7PM, and meet representatives of the Italian minority living in Slovenia at 8:30PM.

NEW YORK - Ex President Milan Kucan is to attend a meeting of the International Ethical Collegium in New York. The Collegium will present its current activities, plans and ideas for modernising the United Nations to the UN Secretariat General.

LJUBLJANA - Slovenian handball club Prule 67 will play against Denmark's Kolding at 5:30 PM in the third round of Champions' League, group C. (STA)
