Former Education Minister Elected Primorsko University Chancellor

Koper, 10 November - Three weeks after the beginning the first-ever school year, the coastal based Primorsko University looks to have gotten its first chancellor. Unofficial results of Monday's elections show former Education Minister Lucija Cok, who played a crucial role in establishing the university, to have scored a commanding victory.
