Clearing Dollar Rate Depends on Individual Accords, Says Gabrovec
Ljubljana, 11 November - Slovenian high representative for Yugoslav succession Rudolf Gabrovec rejected reports of the Serbian press agency Beta that negotiators of Serbia-Montenegro managed to reach a higher exchange rate of the Russian clearing dollar from 0.5 to 0.625 U.S. dollar on behalf of all former Yugoslav republics.
