NGO Criticize Law on Access to Public Information
Ljubljana, 11 November - The law on access to public information, which came into force in March, is a step towards openness and transparency, Minister of the Information Society Pavel Gantar told Tuesday's panel on public information, organised by the Ministry of the Information Society and the Peace Institute as part of the ongoing LUPA festival of NGOs. Representatives of the NGOs meanwhile insisted that the law has some flaws.
