Settlement of the Erased Issue Prerequisite for EU Entry, Bavcon Says

Ljubljana, 12 November - A solution to the issue of the erased that would be based on the Constitutional Court ruling made earlier this year, is a much more important condition for Slovenia's entry into the EU than the one about the free movement of persons, an area in which Slovenia has recently been criticised by the EU, a law expert said.
