Lawsuit of Bosnian Citizen Against LB Rejected in Austria

Ljubljana, 12 November - The Austrian Supreme Court has rejected a lawsuit against the defunct Slovenian bank Ljubljanska banka (LB), as well as the Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB), filed by a client of the former Sarajevo LB branch, who demanded the pay-out of his deposit dating back to the former Yugoslavia, the Slovenian Succession Fund said Wednesday.
