First European Dairy Congress to be Staged in Portoroz

Portorož, 13 November - Over 200 experts from 18 countries are expected in the coastal resort of Portoroz on Sunday for the first European Dairy Congress. Largely attended by scientists, the congress is to examine milk production food safety, as well as the EU's common agriculture policy and challenges that EU enlargement poses to the dairy industry.
