Koper, 14 November - After Slovenian politicians last week gleamed with satisfaction because Slovenia got the highest mark from the EU among the ten acceding countries, more sour news came from Brussels this week. The EU has omitted the second railway track Koper-Divaca from its "quick list" of transport priorities, so that only the project of upgrading the track from Ljubljana to Budapest managed to escape the European eraser, Koper-based Primorske novice writes on Friday.
