Majority Stake of Iskra Kondenzatorji Put Up for Sale

Ljubljana/Semič, 14 November - A public auction for a 77.8-percent stake of Iskra Kondenzatorji, a troubled Slovenian manufacturer of components for radio-interference suppression and power capacitors, was published on Friday. Owned by German group AEG KuW, the stake has been put up for auction by the AEG KuW's creditor, Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank from Klagenfurt, after AEG KuW failed to settle its liabilities.
