Rupel Calls for EU Participation in Global Affairs

Amsterdam, 14 November - To be in favour of the EU means to be on the right side of history, Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said speaking at a three-day congress of the European Liberal Democrats (ELDR) in Amsterdam on Friday. According to Rupel, the EU must not allow itself to be only an observer in the unpredictable and changing global environment.
