Croatian Arbitration Move Received with Reservation, Legal Expert Says

Maribor, 15 November - Slovenia received news of the Croatian government decision to initiate procedures for international arbitration on the border with Slovenia with reservation, as it has received no proposals to this effect, Slovenian expert on international law Miha Pogacnik told Saturday's edition of daily Vecer.
