Slovenia and Croatia Draw Tightly Contested Affair

Zagreb, 15 November - Slovenia and Croatia drew 1:1 (1:1) in their first leg Euro 2004 playoff match in Zagreb on Saturday. Playing in front of a crowd of over 30,000, the teams played a super-charged first half, only to get bogged down in the second. The return game will be played on Wednesday in Ljubljana.
