Extraordinary Session on Constitutional Changes Begins

Ljubljana, 17 November - Parliament is scheduled to meet on Monday afternoon for an extraordinary session to debate on proposed changes to the Constitution. The 13 proposals refer to regionalism, the election of government, referendums, permanent term of judges, MP immunity, non-discrimination of the disabled, social security rights, voting legislation and the preamble to the Constitution.
