Rupel: Second Rail Koper-Divaca Should be Placed on EU Priority List

Brussels, 17 November - At Monday's meeting of EU foreign ministers in Brussels, Slovenian FM Dimitrij Rupel advocated the building of the second railway track between the towns of Koper and Divaca, SW Slovenia, to be placed on the "quick list" of the EU transport priorities for the period until 2010.
