SDS Blames Authorities for Transport "Quick List" Failure

Ljubljana, 17 November - The opposition Slovenian Democrats (SDS) believe that it is exclusively Slovenia's fault that the construction of the second rail track between Divaca and Koper in SW Slovenia was not put on the EU's "quick list" of transport projects that will be given financial priority in the coming years.
