MPs Focus on Referendum in Their Debate on Constitutional Changes

Ljubljana, 18 November - The parliament continues the debate on constitutional changes on Tuesday, focusing on Articles 90, 97, 99 and 170, which concern referendums. Changes would do away with the preliminary legislative referendum, where a vote is taken on bills that have not yet been passed, and explicitly define which acts and under what conditions cannot be put up to a referendum vote.
