Merkur Becomes 100% Owner of Bofex Company

Ljubljana, 18 November - The group Merkur has purchased the 10-percent stake in its subsidiary Bofex that used to belong to the company's former director Jurij Schollmayer, thus becoming 100-percent owner of this major holder of home entertainment stores and its brands Big bang and Bof, said the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
