Union Shareholders to Decide on New Supervisors in Late December

Ljubljana, 18 November - The supervisory board of Ljubljana-based brewer Pivovarna Union was acquainted on Tuesday with the resignation of three members: Radovan Stonic, Alfred Killer and Zvonka Volaj. The board put forward the names of four new members who will be voted upon by shareholders on 23 December. Moreover, unofficial information suggests that the supervisors moved to annul a decision made at July's AGM on supposed wrongdoing of Union management in the sale of shares.
