Bled, 18 November - Traffic with stolen cars is turning into a major business of organised crime, therefore countries should join their forces to crack it down, Slovenian Interior Minister Rado Bohinc stressed in his opening speech, as the regional conference on stolen cars was launched in the Alpine resort of Bled on Tuesday.
