Mercator Takeover Bid for Zivila Succeeds

Ljubljana, 18 November - The bid of leading Slovenian grocer Mercator to acquire rival retailer Zivila has succeeded. Publishing the results in Wednesday's issue of daily Delo, Mercator says it now controls 98.41 percent of Zivila's shares.
