Delo Questions Gov't Budget Tweak

Ljubljana, 19 November - Commenting on the government's decision to adjust the 2005 budget bill because of reduced inflation forecasts, daily Delo writes Wednesday that the claim by the cabinet that the tweak is routine is just one side of the story. It wonders how reasonable it is for a government to be setting a budget that will have to be implemented by another government.
