Vecer Calls Constitutional Debate Mockery

Ljubljana, 19 November - If anyone is under the impression that the parliament is changing the Constitution these days, journalists are doing a bad job. MPs are only debating which of the numerous ideas by coalition and opposition politicians not to discard just yet, the daily Vecer writes on Wednesday, labelling the debate a "mockery".
