Motorway Programme Not to Suffer Because of Koper-Divaca Project
Ljubljana, 19 November - By tweaking the budget bill for 2005 on Tuesday, the government has made a partial correction of how money from the EU's cohesion fund intended for motorway construction will be used that year. This was done to the benefit of the second rail track Koper-Divica which will be constructed by Slovenia despite failing to get on the European Commission's "quick list" of priority transport projects.
