ATVP Head Addresses Conference on Corporate Governance

Portorož, 19 November - The volume of securities trading off the official market is on the increase. Although out of reach of regulation or self-regulation, the "gray market" is fortunately dominated by state-issued securities, said director of the Securities Market Agency (ATVP) Neven Borak at Wednesday's panel on corporate governance, dubbed "From Ethics to Realisation".
