Ljubljana, 20 November - The process of reconstructing Iraq has recently been replaced by the process of Iraq's iraqisation. Although the new rhetoric that has spread over this nation of 25 million does sound better, the fact remains that the latter process is necessary if the former is to start - half a year after the U.S. invasion reconstruction has in fact come to a halt because Iraq is an occupied country, says Thursday's edition of Delo.
