Controversial Major Troha Found Guilty in Retrial
Ljubljana, 20 November - Major Ladislav Troha, a former commander of the Slovenian army special brigade MORIS, has been found guilty in a retrial over his controversial statements claiming that the then Defence Minister Janez Jansa ordered a 1993 bomb attack against MP Zmago Jelincic, Radio Slovenija reported.
