Ljubljana, 20 November - The troubled Slovenian-Croatian relations are burdened also by the Slovenian side, because of Slovenia's expectations, interests and hopes, Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said on Thursday evening, as he was a host to a debate organised by the publisher Nova Revija.
