Rights of Erased Should Be Reinstated, Says Law Expert

Ljubljana, 22 November - The decision of the Constitutional Court regarding the reinstating of rights to the part of Slovenia's population that had been erased from the permanent residence register after the country's independence has to be carried out without delay, stressed an international expert on penal law, Ljubo Bavcon of the Ljubljana Law Faculty, in an interview for Saturday's Dnevnik.
