Jelincic Safe From Conviction on Violence

Ljubljana, 22 November - The Ljubljana higher court annulled the judgement of the Ljubljana district court, which acquitted National Party (SNS) leader Zmago Jelincic of violence charges on 21 October. Nevertheless, Jelincic will not have to go back to trial, because the act will have expired on Monday, 24 November.
