Constitutional Court Halts Stock Exchange Management Losing Licenses

Ljubljana, 24 November - The Constitutional Court has withheld the implementation of the securities market act, according to which the Securities Market Agency (ATVP) can deprive members of the stock exchange management of their license if they have abused their office. As a consequence, ATVP will be unable to issue a decree to strip Director of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Drasko Veselinovic and board member Tomaz Rotar of their licenses until the court passes a final ruling.
