Foreign Policy Should Be Constructive, Rupel's Manifesto Says

Slovenia's foreign minister and a member of the senior coalition Liberal Democracy (LDS), Dimitrij Rupel, has published his reflections on Slovenia's future in the EU on the LDS website. In the "manifesto" entitled "Slovenia and the EU: Together into the Future", Rupel said that a programme of "unifying and constructive policy" is needed for "the period of Slovenia's maturity".
