Top Candidate for Croatian PM Makes Offer for Candid Talks with Slovenia

Zagreb, 24 November - The head of the Croatian Democratic Union, HDZ, Ivo Sanader has said that he would offer the Slovenian government "candid bilateral talks" in a bid to resolve open issues between the countries. Sanader's comments come after Sunday's parliamentary elections in Croatia which the HDZ looks to have won according to unofficial results.
