Vatican Agreement Does Not Violate Constitution, Court Says

Ljubljana, 25 November - The first article of the Vatican agreement is not in violation of the principle of Slovenia's sovereignty and that of separation of Church and State, the Constitutional Court said on Tuesday. The court said this in a conclusion of the constitutional assessment of the 2001 bilateral agreement between Slovenia and the Holy See made last Wednesday.
