MPs Amend 2003/2004 Budgets to Give Farmers Drought Compensations

Ljubljana, 26 November - The parliament confirmed amendments to the 2003/2004 budget implementation act early on Wednesday, thereby increasing budget provisions to about SIT 13bn (EUR 55m) to enable the payment of damage compensations to farmers, who were hit hard this year by a series of natural disasters.
